For nearly two decades, I worked inside a global bank, building governance frameworks, leading investment communications, and ultimately serving as Chief of Staff to the Group Chief Investment Officer. I operated across risk, regulation, and reputation, often in the gaps between them. I rose from a role with no title to Managing Director but what shaped me most were not the titles. It was what I witnessed behind them.

After years of defending trust within a structure that often rewarded opacity, that chapter ended. What came next was clarity and a deliberate shift in how I move forward.

Today, I work with financial institutions and technology firms to ensure that artificial intelligence is deployed with rigour and restraint. I help leadership teams identify where control is performative, where ethics are assumed, and where technology is outpacing human judgement.

I focus on building operational integrity, where scale does not dilute accountability, and systems are designed to earn trust, not just compliance. I look for the places where friction is erased that was never meant to disappear, and where systems quietly drift out of alignment with human values.
